Steps to book a room at 100 College:

1) Go into your Yale Outlook Calendar and create an event on the desired time and day

2) Enter name of event (should only be seen by invitees)

3) Enter the room you would like to reserve in the "Search for a room or location" line (e.g., 100 College Conf A966)

4) (optional) Add Zoom invite link to the "Search for a room or location" line

5) Click "Send"

2) Select your Yale email address as the account

3) Enter the room you would like to see the availability for (e.g., 100 College Conf A966)
